"See all this effort. Observe this act of genocide," one shouts.

These individuals are celebrating a mass killing that aid workers fear resulted in the deaths of over thousands of civilians in the African urban center of el-Fasher last month.

A Community Isolated from the World

Following their control of the community under siege for nearly 24 months, from late summer the RSF proceeded to strengthen its dominance and blockade the surviving inhabitants.
